to everyone who has felt discounted, shamed, or judged because you are seeking to better your life. You should be cheered, encouraged, and congratulated for doing all that you can to walk/run away from your former path that was going nowhere but down. Some of us understand, but not enough do. I am thoroughly disappointed with my fellow pharmacists and the pharmacy policies enacted to keep you from life saving medication. And if and when you can locate it, how are “orange gasoline” or “citrus bottom of the shoe” flavors a desired choice. A recent study shows the average stock rate for buprenorphine products is 57% nationwide, with Florida at the bottom of the list with 37%.

This is why I opened Thrive Pharmacy to foster a culture of empathy and medication assisted treatment for those trapped in the opiate web. With 33+ years sobriety of course I understand. I am here to encourage you to be your best self. I absolutely fill for telemedicine groups. I ship to your house or an access point without having to deal with a single negative pharmacy staff member. Oh, and I offer flavors like Watermelon, Strawberry Bubblegum, Peach Mango, and many others. With a doctorate in pharmacy, I am also the only one in the country offering 12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, and lower doses. For 5+ years I have compounded 100,000s of buprenorphine (with and without naloxone) troches. FYI, the FDA has inspected twice over 5 years and my process is sound and validated. You can find your ideal dose. And if the timing is right and you have learned awesome life skill practices, maybe you want to start tapering down. But NO ONE gets an award for going off of bup and relapsing and or dying with the garbage that is out there. Fentanyl, carfentanyl, sufentanyl and Xylazine kill, destroy flesh, and ruin lives. Buprenorphine restores lives, helps with chronic pain, helps calm the monkey brain, and even helps with depression. So maybe staying on it could be a good thing.

Thrive is licensed in many states and the list is growing. Our prices are fair ($3 or less per dose on average) and the meds are super effective. They are easily split for optimal dosing. Insurance has proven to be too difficult for coverage (most doctors and pharmacies are super restricted for what plans they take and have so many exclusions. I cannot even use my own pharmacy) It is not a bad thing to be off the insurance radar for buprenorphine. We follow mandatory reporting with PDMP databases. And 99% of patients love our products.
