Will my insurance cover my medication?
Insurance as a general rule does not cover compounds.
We have set the pricing to be "affordable" especially when compared to commerical cash price equivalents.
As no prior authorizations are required, this insures you will get the medication and your doctor will be more willing to prescribe for it.
What if I have no insurance?
We recognize many are under insured/have no insurance. We have set the pricing to be "affordable" especially when compared to commerical cash price equivalents.
For some we will save you up to 11,000 dollars a year for some conditions.
I am in need of a doctor, do you know of any doctor's in my area?
Please log onto our Website and see the Provider tab for suggested Doctors.
How do I store my troche?
You would treat this as if you have a candy bar, do not leave in a very hot car, or your pocket. Keep out of reach from children and/or pets. This medication can be stored at room temperature. Please consult with your Pharmacist for further questions and/or pharmacy staff.
Do you deliver?
We do not deliver; however, we can ship out overnight only to Florida locations with common carrier (UPS, FEDEX) for a nominal charge. Signature will be required. Please contact us with further questions about our shipping process.
Are you open on weekends?
The current hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 P.M.
